Request deletion of your PekanBewys account and data
You can request permanent deletion of your PekanBewys account and associated cloud data here, even if you have uninstalled the Android app.
What will be deleted after verification
- Your PekanBewys sign-in identity and associated account email in our authentication service.
- Your account-linked, synced orchard, location, PekanPaspoort and other PekanBewys user data under our control.
- Where applicable, deletion requests to service providers for the corresponding account data they process.
What is not automatically removed from your devices
Locally stored orchard data, downloaded backups, and copies on other devices remain under your control. Export anything you want to keep, then clear the app’s local data through your Android settings or clear the website data in your browser. Documents you sent separately to SAPPA are held by SAPPA and are not erased by a PekanBewys account deletion.
Limited request records, security logs or information that must legally be retained may remain where required. We will explain any applicable retention when we process your request.
